Miebi Francis Ofubu is the Founder and Principal Transformation Partner of Legacy Impact Coaching Academy Ltd., a multidisciplinary transformation institution committed to helping people and organisations unlock potential, achieve exceptional performance and create lasting impact.
With more than two decades of experience across coaching, education, leadership, business development, sales, mentoring and human transformation, he has coached, trained and mentored thousands of students, entrepreneurs, professionals and leaders seeking meaningful growth.
He is particularly passionate about helping people move from potential to performance, from confusion to clarity, from intention to execution, from success to significance, and from achievement to legacy.

Miebi's work reflects a broad range of interests spanning coaching, leadership, parenting, family transformation, education, business, entrepreneurship, sales and organisational development — the multidisciplinary orientation behind his identity as a polymath and disruption strategist.
Miebi is a graduate of Rivers State University of Science and Technology, where he graduated as the Best Graduating Student in the Department of Agriculture & Environmental Engineering in 2002.
He is a Certified Management Consultant, Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Fellow of the Institute of Professional Entrepreneurs & Strategic Administrators of Nigeria, Master Practitioner of NLP, Certified Positive Parenting Coach, Certified Life Coach, Certified Special Educational Needs Educator and International Curriculum Advisor. He has also undertaken leadership and management development with the Luxury Academy, London.
His work spans parenting & family transformation, student development, business & entrepreneurship, leadership, performance transformation and education.
